How to Register:

• Click the red register button on this page and complete the short form. 

• Send payment via paypal or venmo (see details below). 

• Come to registration check in at the hotel on July 19, 2024 to obtain your welcome bag and sign your waiver!

• All registration forms need to be received by June 1, 2024 in order to guarantee a welcome bag/shirt/glass.

Registration Fee: $115 USD by 6/1/2024 - After 6/1/2024 price increases to $135 

• Your registration fee includes:

  • ​Floor time

  • Banquet ticket

  • Welcome bag including a Fann Cup t-shirt!

Saturday Lunch Option - Wawa Lunch Box:

• Wawa Hoagie or Salad, Chips, & Cookie or Apple Slices 

• Complete order form below (one per each lunch box ordered)

• Will be delivered Saturday to Total Turf 

• You can order Wawa lunch for yourself and others attending (they do not need to be registered)

• Cost: $14 USD per lunch box

Additional Banquet Tickets: 

• Additional banquet tickets can be ordered on your registration form for $45 per ticket 

• To add guests after you have registered, please complete a new registration form and state in the comment section that this is for banquet tickets only.

 

Additional T-Shirt(s):

• If you know you want 1 or more additional Fann Cup t-shirts (other than the one included in your welcome bag), please make note of that on your registration form (including size).

• There will only be a limited number of additional t-shirts available for purchase at the event. 

• Price for extra shirts TBD.
