Fann Cup 2024 will be supporting two charities, Wings Charities and Leveling the Playing Field Philadelphia. A financial donation will be made to Wings Charities, while new and used sports equipment donations will be made to Leveling the Playing Field. Read below for more information on these two amazing charities!

Fann Cuppers - we are challenging every Fann Cupper to bring at least one sports equipment item (any sport) with you to donate!

Want to do more? Host a sports equipment drive in your local area prior to Fann Cup in July. Bring any collected items with you to Philly and add to the collections bins that will be on site!!

(Philadelphia) Wings Charities operate under 3 main pillars: grow the game of lacrosse, supporting families affected by cancer, and sustainability. Partnering with Inspira Health, Wings Charities created the Sticks for Students program. This initiative will aim to improve the health and vitality of youth by creating safe and convenient sports opportunities for all. The Sticks for Students program will equip schools/recreational league partners with proper tools and resources to develop a robust lacrosse curriculum, including instructional videos and various sports equipment for student use. Through the program, students will improve their physical health, develop character and life skills, and gain academic performance benefits. Last year a major donation was made to the School District of Philadelphia where Wings Charities and the district are currently working to distribute brand new equipment to underserved schools through the district. Just recently, Wings Charities announced a focus on South Jersey (Cumberland County). To further introduce and grow the sport of lacrosse, as part of the program, Wings players and Wings mascot Wingston, will visit each of the recreational league partners and host interactive assembly programs for students. Additionally, each location will receive tickets and transportation to a Wings game as an incentive for students to commit to healthy habits and practice lacrosse.

Wings Charities and their programs represent a significant step towards democratizing sports access, ensuring that regardless of their economic circumstances, every child is afforded an equitable opportunity to engage, acquire skills, and flourish.

Leveling the Playing Field's mission is simple ... help put more kids on the playing field! Their program enables organizations to save thousands of dollars in equipment costs, letting them lower registration fees and making it possible for more kids involved in the game. Their program has the opportunity to help local students experience a childhood full of positive youth sports memories and take advantage of the physical and mental benefits youth sports have to offer. Get kids off the sidelines by donating new or gentle used sports equipment (or a financial donation)! Now, LPF Greater Philadelphia is well on its way to distribute $1M of gear to 250+ schools and programs annually.
